Karahn Alston serves as the new Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for THK Worldwide Incorporated, bringing a strong commitment to community engagement, collaboration, and making a positive impact in the lives of others. He is a graduate of Frostburg State University, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications. Karahn is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Social Work at Walden University, further expanding his knowledge and dedication to serving individuals, families, and communities from a clinical role. Through his self-built behavioral/mental health organization with Keeping Hopes Alive, a Baltimore-based accredited PRP and OMHC organization. The super talented and youthful CEO is connected to efforts that has supported thousands of individuals and families through mental health services and community-based programming along substance abuse. As Vice Chair, Karahn is committed to advancing THK Worldwide Incorporated’s mission of empowering underserved communities through education, mentorship, advocacy, and youth development while helping create meaningful opportunities for individuals and families to thrive.

Harneet Khandpur Administrative Secretary, Board of Directors
Harneet Khandpur serves as Administrative Secretary on the Board of Directors for THK Worldwide Incorporated, bringing extensive experience in executive leadership, quality assurance, and quality enhancement within Maryland’s Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) field. Throughout her career, Harneet has held executive-level positions with prominent organizations in the Baltimore area, supporting quality services, organizational excellence, and improved outcomes for adults with developmental disabilities for over fourteen years. Her professional background reflects a strong commitment to accountability, person-centered care, and empowering individuals to live meaningful and fulfilling lives.

As a native from India who has built a successful life and raised a family, Harneet brings a unique perspective shaped by perseverance, resilience, cultural understanding, and dedication. Her personal journey and professional accomplishments reflect the value of hard work, family, and service to others.
