Mentorship Programs
Our program pairs young people with dedicated mentors who serve as positive role models, trusted listeners, and accountability partners. Through weekly engagement, community service, leadership development, and life skills training, we help youth navigate challenges, set goals, and build confidence. Our mentors come from diverse backgrounds but share one purpose: to see every young person thrive. At THK, mentorship isn’t just about guidance — it’s about building real relationships that drive real change.

Community Partnership
THK believes that lasting impact is built through strong, collaborative relationships. Our Community Partnership Program brings together local leaders, schools, nonprofits, businesses, and government agencies to address the needs of Baltimore’s most underserved communities. From youth development and educational support to violence prevention and workforce readiness, our partners help us expand our reach and deepen our impact. Together, we co-create solutions, share resources, and build trust where it matters most — on the ground, in our neighborhoods.
We’re proud to stand alongside organizations that share our vision for equity, opportunity, and empowerment.

Speaking Engagements
THK Worldwide Incorporated is more than being leaders in grassroots community work. We are also a voice for equity, leadership, and youth empowerment across Baltimore and beyond. Through keynote addresses, panel discussions, school visits, and public forums, THK’s leadership, including President & CEO Tyson Smith has been invited to speak on critical topics such as:
- Youth violence prevention
- Mental health and trauma-informed care
- Nonprofit leadership and community building
- Diversity, equity, and inclusion
- The power of mentorship and second chances
Our team has engaged audiences at schools, city-wide summits, faith-based events, and professional development workshops. Every appearance reflects our mission: to empower people with the tools, knowledge, and hope to transform their lives and communities. Let’s start the conversation, because voices rooted in the community can spark real change.
